Can you talk to the people who will help you accomplish your goals?

We are availble to listen to your needs.  Send us an email adn see how long it takes to get a reply.  Or call us and see if how long it takes to get an answer to your request, or a personal return call, versus hitting numbers and being put on hold.

• Do you get a catalog?

How will you find your way to the movie you are looking for at any given time.  If your collection has multiple DVDs with 2 hours of movies each, a catalog will be of great assistance in helping you find your way to the DVD that contains the movie you are looking for at any given time.   This catalog is one example of how we work with you to incorporate your changes to your final collection.

• Do they archive your DVD so you can get a copy years later?

We guarantee to provide copies years later at only the minimal copy charge (plus shipping).  We also guarantee that if your master somehow becomes defective, despite our use of the highest quality media we know of, we will replace it for free.

• Are they producing a high quality version of your movies on high quality, long lasting media?

Will they make the best effort to adjust the quality of your originals for the best viewing outcome?  With good equipment and attention to details we will produce the best version you can get from your original material.

• Does their pricing include the features important to producing a quality DVD you will be proud to share?

• Ask if they will provide the following at no extra cost, or are they planning to charge you for each title or chapter point to request?

Ask them if they will change the master to suit you, once you have reviewed it, and do this free of additional charge.  Our investment in editing tools makes it possible for us to offer a quick turn around to the revisions you suggest after you have had a chance to review your master(s).
