Shipping Policy

We regret that we have no control over, and therefore can assume no liability for film lost during shipping.

As with any valuables, we highly recommend you take the simple steps that promote safer shipping of your memories.

Use a Shipper that tracks the shipment.  This results in more careful handling of shipped goods. 

Additionally you could insure your originals (not that money can replace memories), but the act of insuring results in more careful handling, and reduces the already low probability of shipping losses.

We will return your originals per your shipping instructions as discussed during the definition of your project.

Please do not ship your project without first interacting with us, and getting the shipping address nearest you.
