All I can say is excellent job! Your attention to details is incredible. I made the right decision by choosing your service. You were helpful in making recommendations throughout the project. The addition of narration and music was a big hit. It brought back memories that would have been lost forever if not for the 8mm transfer to DVD. The idea of a checklist indexed with the DVD chapters is very helpful. The DVDs and jackets with the family pictures was a nice finishing touch. Everyone remembers gathering for the Holidays to watch these old movies, and without a projector it is even more fun. DVD's offer added practical functions and make it that much easier to find your way to the movies you want to watch. Our DVDs allow one click viewing of the entire DVD or the option to select scenes within the DVD. Nothing says as much as returning customers.

We provide you with the catalog file that tells you how we interpreted those notes that came with your reels. If you choose to organize them chronologically, we will watch your family grow over the years and try to organize the reels accordingly. We enjoy piecing the clues together to help you create an accurate history.

We often receive movies our customers cannot watch until we provide them on DVD, and we do our best to organize them. Once you see them you can have us make adjustments free of additional charges.

I received these in the mail yesterday. I am SO pleased!! Words cannot describe the happiness that this has brought to me!!!!!! And...the picture on the front cover was icing on the cake..a total surprise! We will review these on Christmas Day and I'll make some notes and get back with you. It is part of our process to have our customers review their first master copy, then get back to us with the changes that would ensure their satisfaction. We build in so many extras we often forget to highlight all of them. While we are editing we watch for the snapshot that would be perfect for the cover of your packaging. All I can say is WOW! Your attention to detail is incredible. I'm so glad I chose your service vs. the others I saw advertised on-line (and I haven't seen the DVD yet!) I don't know if I mentioned but this is a gift for my grandparents 89 & 90. My grandfather is an only child and my grandmother and aunt are the last of seven siblings. After previewing the DVD, I would like the following changes made to the titles.........

I received the master today with the transfer of my movies to DVD. You exceeded my expectations and bought back some wonderful memories I had forgotten. The only thing I would like changed is the last menu section that is currently labeled "(older daughter's) Birthday". It should be labeled "(younger daughter's) Birthday".

After the correction, I would like to order six(6) copies. Do I need to send the master back to you to make the change?

We try to get to know your family well enough to avoid mix ups such as these, but you get to review your master and continue to work with us until you are completely satisfied. We adjust your master image stored in our system, so there is no need to return your master DVDs in order for us to make copies for your family.
